The rules of the road.

1. Acceptance

By using trynubs.com (the "Site") or buying our products, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm you're of legal age and able to enter into a contract.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Orders, pricing & availability

• All prices are in EUR (or your local currency at checkout) and include VAT where applicable.
• We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order — for example for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
• Promotions, discounts, and bundles can't be combined unless stated.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription orders auto-renew every 4 weeks. Full details and how to cancel are in our Subscription Terms.

6. Product information & disclaimer

Nubs products are food supplements, not medicines. They don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on our Site is for general wellness purposes and isn't medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

We list ingredients clearly so you can check for allergens. If you react to any product, stop using it and seek medical advice.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site — brand, logos, text, images, packaging design — belongs to Nubs or our licensors. You can use the Site for personal shopping but not to copy, resell, or use our brand without written permission.

8. Reviews & user content

When you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share it on our Site, marketing channels, and packaging, with attribution where appropriate. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, scrape it, attack it, or impersonate someone. We can suspend accounts that abuse it.

10. Disclaimers & liability

We do our best to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to what you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under EU consumer law.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If we can't resolve a dispute amicably, the courts of Barcelona will have jurisdiction — but if you're a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protections of your home country's consumer law. EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we'll update this page and, where relevant, give you notice by email before they take effect.
